What are “foresterie”
They are non-profit guesthouses run by the Waldensian Church that can accommodate single people, families and groups regardless of their religious affiliation.
They are ideal places to stay and organise meetings.
They operate around three important objectives:
- hospitality: attentive to the demands of people and to offering a first-rate service;
- solidarity: they provide their resources to support other social activities of the Waldensian Church;
- sustainability: committing itself to reduce environmental impacts.
Solidarity projects
The “foresterie” guesthouses financially contribute to developing some social and welfare services provided by the Waldensian Church.
By staying there, guests actively participate in solidarity projects aimed at providing assistance to children, young people, the disabled and elderly.
